Non-Accessible Content


The following content is not accessible for the following reasons, in violation of Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004:
• C.9.1.1.1 - Some non-text content presented to the user does not have an equivalent textual alternative serving the same purpose.
• C.9.1.3.1 - In some cases, information, structure, or correlations conveyed by the presentation of pages cannot be determined programmatically (or are not available via text).
• C.9.1.4.1 - In some cases, color alone has been used to identify a purpose or distinguish information or functionality.
• C.9.1.4.3 - The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always meet the required minimum contrast ratio, except for cases provided for in the regulations (e.g., logos).
• C.9.1.4.4 - Some text, except for subtitles and images containing text, cannot be resized up to 200 percent without using assistive technologies and without losing content and functionality.
• C.9.1.4.11 - For some essential components, even in different states, the contrast of colors compared to adjacent elements does not exceed the 3:1 ratio.
• C.9.1.4.12 - Modifying text spacing in relation to line height, spacing between paragraphs, letters, or words causes some loss of information or content.
• C.9.1.4.13 - In some cases, when the mouse hover or keyboard focus makes content visible and hidden, there is no mechanism to remove the additional content without moving the mouse pointer or keyboard focus, the pointer cannot be moved over additional content without it disappearing, or the additional content does not remain visible until the hover or focus event is removed, the user deletes it, or the information becomes invalid, except in some cases provided for.
• C.9.2.1.1 - Some features cannot be used via keyboard (or equivalent input interface).
• C.9.2.2.2 - Some animations, flashing, scrolling, or auto-updating information that starts automatically, lasts longer than five seconds, or is presented concurrently with other content, do not have mechanisms to pause or hide them.
• C.9.2.4.1 - There is no mechanism to skip over blocks of content that repeat across multiple web pages.
• C.9.2.4.3 - On some web pages that can be navigated sequentially and where the navigation sequence affects their meaning and operation, some objects that could receive focus do not do so in an order that preserves their meaning and functionality.
• C.9.2.4.4 - The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text or from the link text along with adjacent content.
• C.9.2.4.7 - On some interactive elements, the focus indicator is not visible.
• C.9.4.1.2 - In some cases, user interface components (such as form elements, links, and components generated by scripts…) do not have correct or set names, roles, states, properties, and values, or the user and their assistive technologies are not notified when these change.
• C.9.4.1.3 - In some cases, status messages are not presented in a way that assistive technologies can interpret without moving the focus.

The assessment was carried out by third parties through both objective and subjective analysis (see Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the EU Commission Implementing Decision 2018/1523).
The statement was last reviewed on 10/02/2025, in compliance with the recommendation to periodically (at least annually) review the accuracy of the statements in this accessibility statement.
